Notice is hereby given that a Public Test of the electronic equipment to be used at the August 11, 2020 Fall Partisan Primary Election will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wed, August 5, 2020 at the Town Hall N8409 County Road M, Colfax WI 54730. The public test is open to the public.

Notice is hereby given that the Fall Primary Election for Partisan Office will be held at the Town Hall, N8409 County Road M, Colfax WI 54730, on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. Electors may vote for candidates in only one political party (Democratic, Republican, Constitution). Congressional, Legislative and State, and Dunn County offices are on the ballot (all vote for one). Democratic Party Primary: U.S. Dist. 3 Rep. in Congress (Mark Neumann, Ron Kind); Dist. 67 State Assembly Rep. (Chris Kapsner); Dist. Attorney (none); Co. Clerk (Julie A. Wathke); Co. Treasurer (none); Co. Register of Deeds (Heather M. Kuhn). Republican Party Primary: U.S. Dist. 3 Rep. in Congress (Derrick Van Orden, Jessi Ebben); Dist. 67 State Assembly Rep (Rob Summerfield); Dist. Attorney (Andrea Nodolf); Co. Clerk (none); Co. Treasurer (Doris Meyer); Co. Register of Deeds (none). Constitution Party Primary: No candidates listed. The polls open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. The number of provisional ballots will be posted at the town hall and town website on election night, as will the date, time, and location of the MBOC, if required. An acceptable PHOTO ID is required to receive a ballot. An acceptable PROOF OF RESIDENCY document is required to register to vote.
